CCS has a RSS feed  that will allow you to keep up with News and Announcements of specials and new services. If you don't know what an RSS feed is or how to utilize one, well keep reading and I'll tell you all about it.

What is an RSS feed?

An RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feed allows you to receive regular updates from your favorite blog and news sites in real time delivered to either your email inbox or through a rss reader.

When you're browsing your favorite online website and see an icon that’s labeled RSS or Atom and has a graphic that looks similar to this one at the top of this article then you know that site has an RSS feed available to you.

Subscribe to RSS Feeds

To start receiving an RSS feed you need to subscribe to it via a RSS reader which will grab the feed your interested in and deliver it to you. There are many RSS readers out there, I'll only list the most popular ones.

RSS Readers:

Google Reader

Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010

FeedDemon

Newsfire (Mac only)

Now that you have chosen your RSS feed reader, you can start gathering your feeds. I'll walk you through adding my RSS feed to one of the most popular and simple RSS readers,  Google reader.

CSS is offering it's customers a free CCS Chatting Services.

This service is available to all previous customers and  will be free to you unless it results in me having to spend more than 15 minutes on this issue (remote support charges will apply upon your agreement to proceed) or you request that I come to your location.

I'm offering this service to my customers because I appreciate you and your business and want to share my knowledge and expertise to help you. I'm setting up a chatting services to provide free question and answers to your computer related questions.

I set up an account with MSN Messenger specifically for chatting  with you. If you're not familiar with MSN messenger and it's features please read here for more details. Basically it's a free Microsoft service that allows you to Chat or video conference in real time with others. It requires you to sign up with a free windows live account. You can choose to create a Windows Live ID using their specific address or use your own e-mail address like I did. To setup your account with your own address Just choose "Or use your own e-mail address" instead of Window live address. Once you sign up with a Windows Live ID you can download MSN messenger here. You can find me on MSN Messenger using this address

Once we are connected through MSN chat your  free to ask me any computer related questions you like. If I'm away go ahead and leave me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Michael Galante
